WES Report : should i open the envelope or send sealed envelop to CIC

one questions, do I need to send the sealed letter that WES has sent me or open the letter and then attach the report.

Bro you need to open the envelpoe, you will find 2 reports from WES with a cover letter..
Send 1 report to CIC along with your forms and supporting documents.

Keep the cover letter and the other WES report with yourself!
