WES rejected Marksheet attested and sent by University of Mumbai

WES accepted my Degree and Masters Convocation certificate but rejected my BFM and MMS Marksheet
Reason : The academic institution should send the Marksheet
But the mark-sheets were issued by University of Mumbai, and i got all the mark-sheets attested and sent by the university
Please let me know what needs to be done

same problem here. i'm from NIT Warangal and they have already sent my marksheets twice already till now. both times rejected by WES for the same reason - "they were not sent directly from your academic institution". now my college people don't what they are doing wrong!!

Hi Seema, I asked Mumbai University to courier the documents for me. They rejected my request bluntly, stating that we only hand over the transcripts to the students, they will have to courier it. Whom did dyou approach?
