Hello Friends... Another quick question. Do I have to mention the WES reference number on the sealed copy of Transcripts which my University has handed over to me or just on the Envelope in which I am sending the docs. Of course I know that the degree certificate which I am sending also needs to have the reference number but really confused whether it is correct to write over the transcript envelope as well or not? Please advise.
