Hi, for the purpose of ECA from WES, do we require only the transcript or the transcript as well as the degree?

You need to send a copy of degree yourself to WES and have to request your University/college to send the transcript in a sealed envelope to WES directly.

If from India. Yes.
If from another country like UK - No.

Check the required documents section on WES. It takes the same amount of time or even less to just check the instructions.

when you submit your request in the college / university you studied, they will get your degree certificate copy also, which they will attest and they will include it with another original transcript and provide it to you in sealed envelop. this sealed envelop you have to send to WES.

Not Necessarily. All universities don't do it that way. Mine did not. I had to send the degree copy myself.
