Hi,
Official site says they need 20 business days, but as i know, they are taking 2 weeks for evaluation once they receive all the documents. You dont need to wait for hard copy, if all the required information is with you. Hard copy also doesnt take much time to reach to us, but ofcourse it depends on your locations as well.

Hi, it took mine a month after receiving it ..they also send an email with the evaluation info..it cant be printed as a legal copy/document but it has the data u need for ur EE profile

Mine took about a week from the date my documents were recieved.
MA, National Uni. of Ireland, Galway
Transcripts posted: July 24 (prob took about 5 days to arrive in Canada)
Diploma sent by me express post: July 24
Evaluation in progress: August 5
Evaluation completed: August 6

My verification took almost 1 month after I submitted all documents... it all depends on how many applications are in progress. All the best.
For my MS degree from US and a BE degree from VTU (India), it took 36 calendar days from the day it was delivered to WES.
Took 2 days after delivery for them to update that docs were received.
Another 2 days after that it was updated to In Progress.
And 18 days after that it was marked as "We are reviewing your evaluation report". Same day it changed to Evaluation is in progress, you'll receive the report in <20 days from that date>
Another 14 days later, I got the actual report. (6 days ahead of the 20 days mentioned in the previous update).
In total, it took 26 business days or 36 calendar days for me to receive the report after it was delivered to WES (according to fedex tracking).
