WES on hold

Hi,

I have a problem understanding the status of my WES assessment.
This is the 2nd time I send my MA diploma and still I get the same response.
I have sent my 2nd document on the 3rd of March and the status of my application was updated on the 4th of April. But, when I track the package it says they haven't received it yet.
Any help?

If the tracking says the package hasn't been delivered / received yet, you need to talk to the courier company.

Thank you. Then, why does it say it's updated. It looked like the same document has not been accepted.
