WES no longer accepting docs from applicants alternatives for ECA.

Hello everyone,

Starting Dec 1,2018 WES stopped accepting documents directly from candidates themselves due to increased fraud and now accepting only documents which are sent from the Universities/boards that conduct the exam. Unfortunately both my universities do not do International Shipping and is a big blow to me,Is there any workaround this, I have looked at the other 4 alternatives CES,ICAS,IQAS and ICES and all of them take lot of time to do evaluation. Does anyone have latest information where they got their evaluation done in less times from above 4 agencies ? Any other workaround,ideas to this will also be of great help.

This is a safety issue. The number of fraudulent claims was exploding. Besides this is a requirement people in North America are used to. Documents NEVER come from individuals only the Institution; with the proper seals and documentation. If they don't do international courier their students will NOT be getting in ANY schools outside of India. So I guess they had better start; quick.

Not just from North America- at least the UK in Europe does it that way too.
