I need help to complete for one of the degree I got from saurashtra university. if anyone here has experience doing the same can you please provide some instruction, specially for university about what documents and form I need to provide to them and where exactly and which department I should go to in university.?

best way is to contact the University directly finding the phone number from net. Talk to record division or main office and ask them the process for getting transcripts.

I tried that but I am not able to reach them. I have a hard time adjusting timing since I am in Canada. So I was hoping I can find someone who has done the same and if able to provide some help.
