I am privy to the fact that WES is the first step for commencing the immigration process. However, I have an inquiry. My first 2 years of graduation in B.Tech in Anna University was 2007-2009. But I discontinued anna university in the year 2009 and had rejoined 2nd year in a deemed university named Bharath University the same year. I studied in this university for 3 years (from 2009-2012). In my mark sheet there are subjects that are suffixed with "Asterisk(*)" to represent that those subjects (of the 1st year) were cleared in other university. My question is while applying for transcript should I approach only Bharath University from where I obtained the degree or from Anna University too.
Note: In my TC (of Bharath University) the year mentioned is 2009-2012, but in mark sheets my batch is mentioned as 2008-2012.
