WES evaluation_Name different in mark sheets and passport

Hi,
My wife's name is differently spelt (no difference in pronounce) in her mark-sheets of graduation and post-graduation. In mark-sheets it is spelt as Depika or Deepika. In her passport, its written as Deepika.

Can someone please confirm if it can create issues in WES evaluation for her? WES evaluation form should be filled with what name (passport/mark-sheet) ?

Hi,
I had the same issue. My family name on the transcripts contains an extra "A" than the passport. I asked WES from the very beginning to deliver the report with my name as it is written on the passport and I explained them the reason of the difference of spelling.
Nevertheless, when they have issued the report it was like : Name on the passport-(name on transcripts)-first name. So, I sent them another request to ask them a new report and they sent me a revised report with only the name as it is written on the passport.
Try to anticipate from now.
