WES evaluation

WES has sent my master's transcripts back to my University for verification. My University has not responded to WES so far. 7 weeks have already passed. In this case, can I remove my Master's and request WES to evaluate my Bachelor's alone? Pls advice.

Reach out to your university and ask them to revert to WES. This happens with various universities.

I have received my CELPIP scores but not as high as I have expected. Can I go ahead and create a profile with what I have and can update the scores after reappearing for the test? If so, how many times can I update the profile with new language test scores?
