I had taken 2 year diploma course in multimedia and graphic design from India but in my certificate which is mentioned as 1.5 yr course due to 6 months project..Kindly let me know, should my degree is accepted by WES .

WES do not only look at the actual dates on the certificate. They look at the number of credits you have and other factors in their evaluation. So I wouldn't worry.

wes whether accept from distance university (Bangalore university).kindly let me know.

You can check WES website. They have specifically stated the name of the university which they do not consider and I think Bangalore university is not one of them. There is no distinction based on distance or regular university though. I got my masters evaluated from them which is from IGNOU.
