I am new to this forum, I am in dubai, if I give my friend canada address to deliver the WES evaluation report is possible? will it be delivered fast?

Yes it will most definitely be faster. Just send the rest of your documents to the person then when Wes report is ready they can include it and mail to CIC. Just be sure you trust the person enough.

where to mention the Canada address for report dispatch in WES website? whether I have to mention current address as canada address?

Anyhow you need to send attested documents by university to WES, means you need to send docs to your friends form your place
than its better to send directly to WES.
