WES Evaluation Update

Hello Frns,

My Wife(Panjab Univ Chd) and my(IP University Delhi) Transcripts have been received by WES on 10 Jan 2019 and 22 Jan 2019 respectively.
Status for both applications are "In Progress :We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s)."

Now i want to know 2 things:

1) How much time they will take for next update ?

2) If they send any verification mail to Panjab Univ or IP University, how i will come to know about this so that i can contact these university for reply.
