Hi All,

There is the rule changed to send the attested copy of documents DIRECTLY to WES from UNIVERSITY. In my case, Mumbai University doesn't generally send those documents directly to WES?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Have you already created a profile with WES or yet to create? The reason I'm asking is if you had created your profile prior to Dec 1, you can still send your transcripts yourself. The rule change is for those who create profile post Dec 1

I have created WES today on 5th DEC. I am in US right now but whom to contact in MUMBAI university to send all the documents.

See if your friends/ relatives can ask the university to send the transcripts directly. If it doesn't work, the other alternative is to cancel WES (you'll get a refund of about 150 CAD) and apply to another agency. I know that CES accepts transcripts sent by candidates themselves.

Yes - it is one of the 5 designated ECA agencies along with WES. IQAS is an other option that accepts transcripts sent by applicants but its processing time is very long.

Mate ! I advice u go wid WES its worthwhile .

Ain't a problem ask ur university to send ur docs in a sealed envelope with signature and stamp of registrar on the the flap of envelope and u can FEDEX that envelop to WES directly . ( It works )

yes but even CES requires document to send directly from institute and for IQAS it takes around 15 weeks as you said.

check wid ur registrar or mail him they would be charging around 3k but they'll ..

Its better to check with uni then assumin .. It'll goin to work out

No - you can send the documents to CES
