WES evaluation..is it mandatory

Hi all

Can someone tell me if the WES report is mandatory for Masters application? I've seen some universities say that they are the ones that do the evaluation and don't accept degree evaluations from other bodies. However, is it recommended I give it to WES and get it done just for the sake of having it at hand? Thanks.

Follow the uni requirements, WES is generally when applying for PR stuff not schools.

WES is required in a scenario where the applicant has a citizen or PR status in Canada but has done last education outside Canada. For example, the Canadian parents went to Germany for a job and as a result the child end up doing Bachelors Degree in Germany. Now if child wish to do Masters in home country i.e. Canada then Uni may ask for WES to be done.
