WES Evaluation for Masters Degree - Now want to send Bachelor as well

It seems like WES does consider the previous education while evaluating higher degree. I have already submitted WES form with only my masters degree now wants to send them bachelor as well .
However , I am not sure how to add bachelor degree as well as I have submitted the WES form now and unable to edit that.
please help.

You cannot do this until your current evaluation is complete. If they have already evaluated your Masters, then you would see an upgrade report option through which you can add your bachelor's. Otherwise, if you are voluntarily doing this, you might want to send a enquiry through their website on how you can add your bachelor's while you current evaluation is in progress.
