Hi Guys,

I have done B.Eng from Gujarat university in 2008. I have my transcript copy which was attested by my college in 2011. I have following questions, I seek guidance in order to go ahead with WES evaluation.
1. Is the date of 2011 on my transcript acceptable? Or should I request new one with recent date?
2. The certificate & mark sheet copies to be sent by candidate also include sign & stamp from the uni? (In photocopy it is already there).
3. I will put the transcript copy (issued by my uni in 2011) in envelope & my uni will seal & stamp on the back flap. Should the academic records request form also be included in the envelope or it is not needed?

I appreciate your valuable help and suggestions.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Guys,

1. Is the date of 2011 on my transcript acceptable? Or should I request new one with recent date? You wont need them, your university should issue attested transcripts, that the will then put in a signed and sealed envelope.
2. The certificate & mark sheet copies to be sent by candidate also include sign & stamp from the uni? (In photocopy it is already there). Your university needs to send directly to WES or at least give you in a sealed (signed & stamped) envelope. The clear instructions are available on WES website. Please go through it before you send or ask your university them anything.
3. I will put the transcript copy (issued by my uni in 2011) in envelope & my uni will seal & stamp on the back flap. Should the academic records request form also be included in the envelope or it is not needed? Your university needs to put attested transcripts in a signed & sealed envelope and not you. Yes, academic records request form filled by you and your university (bottom part) is an essential part of the transcript envelope.

I appreciate your valuable help and suggestions.
Many thanks in advance.
