WES evaluation for Autonomous Btech University from India

Hello All,
I'm trying for Express Entry to Canada

I did my Masters in California State University for which I have sealed transcript for WES evaluation.

I did my Btech From Koneru Lakshmaiya University which is an Autonomus University, My question is for the transcripts should I have attestation and registar sign on the photocopies? I have sign of the controller of examinations on mine.
