WES evaluation completed before other course documents sent

Hi friends I opened a WES account and entered three courses for which I wanted the credentials evaluated. One of the transcripts (Ph.D)was evaluated early as it was sent from Australia directly while I was collecting other course transcripts from India. Now my profile shows evaluation completed. I need the other courses also evaluated and I had entered these details the first time I opened the account. Now I wish to know if I would have to upgrade by paying again to have these credentials evaluated or if I can just send them to WES again with the same reference number. Please advise. I am not too keen to spend money again.

The Problem is they never reply and their customer care is very poor. So I am contacting people in this forum to see if anyone experienced this issue and can suggest a solution!

In my opinion since you have the highest degree (PhD) evaluated it will not be a problem as you will be claiming points for that.
