WES evaluation and experiences

Hi,

Could someone confirm, that I do not need to submit my SSLC (10th ) and HSCC -Secondary (12th) Marksheets for WES as I have two post-secondary school courses marksheet (Bachelor of Engineering B.E. and Diploma in Computer Technology D.C.T) ?

Also, did anyone got the transcripts from Dept. Of technical education - Chennai ? I have done my D.C.T from DoTE Chennai and sent them the photo copies of my Diploma marksheets and provisional. But, they are taking lots of time to send back the transcripts and also they dont respond much on Phone.

Had anyone ever got Marksheets attested from DoTE Chennai ?

Everyday they take is delaying my submission to WES..
