I have used the WES free-evaluation tool and received: Bachelor's and Master's degree (This is for a 5-year program in Law).
Does this mean I should list Master's for the express entry profile?
This was a 5-year program that includes both the undergraduate component and the masters component. It used to be called a specialists degree in the Soviet Union, and later in Russia until the early 2010's.
