WES equivalency for BCPNP

Hi there
Hope someone here can help me figure my education part out.
1. WES written that my Nursing education to be “Three years of hospital study and training”. From BCPNP criteria which category would I fall in? . Is it under the “Postsecondary Diploma/Certificate” ? because under CIC EE equivalency, it is Bachelor degree (three years or more program).
2. Will I need to provide my certification from home or will they require only the WES documents.

The PNP asks for a copy of your diploma from home and a copy of your WES ECA.

If WES hasn't called it a Bachelor degree why do you think it will be counted as that in EE?
