My wifes wes equivalency bachelors degree and masters came out to be 5 years professional study and 2 years post graduate study, that means that the masters degree wasnt recognized right?

If it doesnt specifically say that it is equivalent to a masters degree in canada, I think you will have to go with two or more degrees instead.

"2 yrs postgraduate study" implies the degree was not completed, so this couldn't be used as a "2nd degree" - hopefully, when the evaluation is complete, this will change. If not, and you think WES made an error, you can ask WES to double-check it -

If there arent any changes on your final report and it shows it as 5 plus 2 years, go with two or more degrees.

What about summary (written on the top of the report) for your credential evaluation?

Personally, i think it sounds like they didnt accept the bachelors or masters degree. Since your first one qualifies as a 5 year program, I think you would be good to claim it as two or more degrees which is worth more than bachelors.

What do you mean by they didnt accept the bachelors or masters?

I meant that your degrees were not considered as equivalent to a canadian bachelor or masters which is why you got the general graduate study description. You will still be able to use it to claim poimts for 2 degrees or more category though.
