I'm applying under CEC. In my CIC profile, it's mentioned as "Federal Skilled Worker - Not Met" and "Canadian Experience Class is Met".

The WES that I and my wife got a note in the covering letter stating - Citizenship and Immigration Canada - FSWP. Is there any WES evaluation specifically for CEC. I'm worried whether I have applied in the wrong category for evaluation.. can some seniors please clarify on this?

Can someone who have received the WES hardcopy, check and let me know.. whether FSWP is mentioned in the covering letter at the bottom and above the bar code. I'm not sure whether it's a mistake from WES (forgot to remove this after the introduction of CEC).

we have FSWP on ours but at no point during the account creation did we initially specify that. I personally wouldn't overthink it. The ECA result won't change depending on the program you're applying for.

You can drop WES a mail and check with them. If there is a particular report for CEC, you can get a duplicate report issued within a week.

I have dropped them an email yesterday. I will update the forum, once I get response back from them.

No! but there was no choice of selection on wes. It just said "ECA for immigration"

Below is the response that I got.. although, they didn't understand the question fully, the good news is, it's valid for all CIC purposes.

Thank you for your message.

Please be advised that you have an ECA report that can only be used for CIC purposes. For education and licensing/regulatory purposes in Canada, you will need to upgrade your report to Course-by-Course, and add the recipient on your account.
