WES - ECS Country of Education

I am Piraba from Sri Lanka. I completed my master in 2016 and my degree is BCS PGD (MBCS). I have 7 years experience. But both UK institutions body. I studied from Sri Lanka.
In this case, which country I should select?
BCS is a valid according to WES?
