Hi,

I have done my BE from Mumbai University in 2009. I have my passing certificate but am not able to obtain degree certificate from University.

Can some one please guide me if I can send all my passing certificate to WES for my ECA done even though I don't have my degree certificate?

I have also done my post graduation and I have all the other sets of documents ready and attested as mentioned on the WES website.

You can apply with a provisional certificate at WES.
