Well, I have just received my ECA report from WES. I sent them two programs to be assessed.

The report has only 1 program (my bachelor degree) but it does not mention the second program at all (not even with a rejection or "not equivalent" statement).

I have two questions:

1. Is this normal? In this case, I could believe that the second program was not accepted or equivalent to a Canadian study.

2. Do I have the right to ask why or for the details?

Thanks a lot.

I sent them this message:

Hello WES,

I asked for a WES report for two qualification but the report received contains only one equivalency.

It is not even mentioned that the second qualification was not accepted (or rejected)

Can I say that the missing qualification was not accepted by default?

If yes, is there a justification or reason? Would it be accepted if I studied a couple of subjects more?

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks.

What is the status on your WES online accout? Especially about that 2nd credential.

The status is completed. But there is no statement whatsoever regarding my second qualification. Exactly as if I didn't submit it.

Strange! Never heard such a case before!

Contact them using their online form and notify then! Here's the link --> http://wes.org/support/

are you sure you included all required docs?

what are those 2 degrees? and which university? please note the don't recognize any institution with less than 9 years prior to the degree completion.

@ Maged: Yes I did. On two steps.

The two degrees are:

1. Bachelor Degree, Ain shams Uni.
2. Professional Program Of Project Management, AUC ( I think this might be evaluated as a one year study or so, but not sure)

They evaluated the first, not the second.

This is what happened:

1. AUC sent the transcript from their side directly
2. They sent me an email that the remaining documents are missing (AUC certificate + Ain shams (certificate + transcript))
3. I sent the remaining documents
4. They acknowledged that the documents were received
5. The evaluation report has only one qualification (not mentioning anything about the AUC)

I sent them an email, but they didn't reply.

PMP is not an academic degree, it is a professional one. so they can't equate it to any academic degree

It is not PMP. It is called PRMG, it is not called a diploma but it is more or less the same.

Check this http://schools.aucegypt.edu/sse/ess/Programs/PRMG/Pages/default.aspx

the point is it is not academic vocational study.

that's why there's not equivalent for it

DEar Usama

I saw your post regarding the evaluation of PRMG, I have already obtained the same certificate as well.

Did the WES accept it as a second certificate and worked out in the EE profile or not?
