Hi,

I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pune University in India which is a 3 year program. However out of these 3 years, Pune University shall issue transcript only for Year 2 and 3. And year 1 transcript shall be issued by my college which is not an autonomous college as per the list on WES website.
Thus, for my 1st year transcript, I am not sure how to send it to WES as it will be issued by my college which is not autonomous as per WES list.
Could someone please help me regarding the above query.

Technically you should fill about the University since you completed your degree there. Did you talk to university about transcripts? Did they tell you that they will issue only for 2 years?

Hi Yes, I spoke to them and they said they will issue it just for year 2 & 3. I have also got the same from University. Just not sure how would I send the First year transcript.

Get it from the college and submit to WES. Then wish yourself luck

It does not work like this. WES will not give a response.

If you will not send 1st year transcripts, they will mark it incomplete. They will not ask additional documents. Their portal will say, documents not received.

Hi Everyone,


I have a query regarding WES evaluation. I have submitted my transcript for year 2 & year 3 issued by Pune University and the same is accepted by WES. For the 1st year, the marksheet is issued by my college which is affiliated to Pune University. But the name of my college is not in the autonomous list which is available on WES website.

Can someone guide if I can send the 1st year transcript directly through my college and will WES accept it? Any help would be really appreciated.
