WES ECA : Can an MBA degree from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) will be considered as Masters

Hi all,

Browsing through multiple forums & decisions, I found that usually MBA degree from India is equivalent to Bachelors degree in Canada. However, my wife did MBA from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) and her curriculum included dissertation as well. Marks of dissertation is mentioned in final semester marksheet.

My query is if dissertation a part of curriculum, will WES consider it as Masters degree ?
