WES doesnt not evaluate academic records from Esoft! Please help

Hi, I got my HND in Business Management from ESOFT and I also have a top up degree from the Northumbria University. However, when I try to add ESOFT as the institution for my HND, I get a message saying 'WES doesnt not evaluate academic records from Esoft' But the certificate and transcripts I have recieved for the completion of the HND are from Pearson.

What can I do?

What's the relationship between Pearson and Esoft?
