WES Document Evaluation.

Hi,
Earlier I have send docs to WES and they rejected one document. So I asked my Institution to send the document again. The document is received by C. ZAIN. But the status is still ON HOLD. My course is starting in early September. So will they be able to evaluate my docs and send to University on time.
