Hi,
My spouse has done WES course by course evaluation. Is it good for EE or we need document by document specifically.
She is not the primary applicant though.

It must be the WES evaluation for immigration. I believe they store these reference numbers on a database that IRCC can access and verify. The previous course by course wouldn't be in that database.

Got it.
I have one more question.
I have CRS 452 and in pool right now. In EE profile I have shown her as high school graduate because the ECA is still in progress. So we dont get 8 points for her Masters.
But if in the final application I masters and course by course WES, will it be a negative point and can it lead to rejection ?

You maybe able enter the details of her Masters in your EE profile. There is a question that will ask, if there is an ECA for this education (I was a single applicant, so I'm not very sure if the same box and question would show up in your profile). If you click no, you don't get any points, so you don't need to send any additional verification. As long as you submit evidence for the points you claim, you should be good.

They wont reject your application because your wife has a masters. You can also choose to write a letter of explanation why you chose high school graduate instead of Masters.

That sounds logical.
I think I will upload all her documents and an explanation with that.
Thank you :)
