for a start up visa do we need WES verification of certificates? If a PR holder who is already doing business in Canada wants to seek job (in case), does he has to get his certificates verified by WES (regular degree)?
I needed a WES verification to obtain my PR, but no job has requested it. If the person is already a PR holder, then I don't know why they would need the WES verification.
