WES certificate for multiple degree and certification

Hi All,
I have done B.Sc. (3 yrs) & M.Sc. (2 yrs) from Nagpur University and EPLM (1 yr) from IIM Calcutta. I have 2 degree and 1 certificate.
Will it make any difference if I submit B.Sc. & M.Sc. alone versus B.Sc. & M.Sc. and EPLM.
Will I get better CRS if I submit all 3 B.Sc. & M.Sc. and EPLM. to WES against submit only B.Sc. & M.Sc ?
