If you requested by courier and made 85$ payment then u will be getting it in couple of days after dispatch
If it is by standard mail then have to wait few days to get and no charges for standard mail.

They do not e-mail the report but you can view it online. However, you need the original hard copy to send to CIC. Whether you want to pay the courier charge depends on how urgently you want the report (and how popular your NOC is).
