WES before an Express Entry profile

Hi All

I want to apply for PNP around Mid 2021 (Express Entry won't be possible for me as my CRS score is around 375 when i calculated)

My question is , can I apply for WES verification before any express entry profile creation or before IELTS and get it evaluated, I mean like pre evaluation. The aim is get WES done, then IELTS , and then apply for PNP with a profile.

Background: I'm a BigData develper with 5 years experience, have bachelors degree, trying for PNP because CRS score not enough when calculated. I'm planning to create a profile by mid 2021 after I get WES evaluated and clear the IELTS.

So is WES evaluation as asked above possible or should i create a express entry profile first and then WES?

You need an ECA to create an Express Entry profile.

So its ok to start with WES evaluation right ? And then IELTS and then finally express entry profile.

Yes, you can't create a profile until you have your ECA and language test done.
