WES accepted Pakistani universities

Hi everyone,

I wanted to know if there is a list of accepted Pakistan universities for WES or are all universities recognized by HEC are accepted. I have seen this link (https://applications.wes.org/onlineapp/pdf/acceptedpakistanunivbywes.pdf) circulating this forum but it doesn't lead to anywhere. Would really appreciate if someone could point me towards any authentic list.
