WES Academic Records Request Form

Hi Guys,

I'm filling the WES Academic Records Request Form and I have some questions about the section B For Authorized Officials.

The university wasn't sure what to write in the field " Title " ( if the title was for the student or for the professor)
And also what do fill in the field " Degree Obtained " ???
Thats why they told me to ask someone who knows.

Fields under "For Authorized Officials:" needs to be filled by the university staff preparing your certificates for WES.

Title: Title reefer to the person filling(university staff) that section i.e Mr/Mrs/Ms

Degree Obtained: Degree you obtained from that university. E.g: Bachelor of science in Pharmacy

Can the WES Academic Request Form be filled by the General Secretary or it has to be by the Dean or Rector?

Can the WES Academic Request Form be filled by the General Secretary or it has to be by the Dean or Rector?

Any official of the school authorised to do so can fill it and affix official stamp.
