After all these years of being out of status time to start changing that....so I finally joined All of you in this waiting game .....we'll see what happens with the interview on wednesday .....so scary....hope they aren't too mean since I overstayed for 6years......there are ppl who were here out of status waaaaay longer than me....so I just Hope things turn out ok for my family....

And I was completely honest about everything....didnt try to hide anything and then be scared again they would find out I worked as a babysitter for awhile and refuse us for misrepresentation...its not like I was selling Drugs!!

So anyways....waiting and hoping game begins...

I hope so as well. She stated that she DID disclose the babysitting, but...since a person that is deemed to have `Lack of Status' ( per CIC's ip08 Appendix H, top of page 54) also includes a person that worked or studied without authorization ( as well as a person that has overstayed), perhaps that can be used in her defense?? Since Inland applicants can apply regardless of their legal status...maybe there's hope.

At the very least, it's worth a try, IMHO.

Yep I decided to be honest as the do say people who overstayed, studied OR worked without permit Can apply...so hopefully they can appreciate my honesty and see I regret it now....I just couldn't stand Not being honest and then worry if they:all find out and sometimes they paid me by cash but cheques too....so they could find out if I lie ...which would then be miss representation..why would they put it in their forms if they won't consider it
