Weird Spoof email from CIC saying no updates

I got a very weird email today. Usually we see we get emails from CIC saying "Your application XXXX123XX has been updated" but I got an email at 12:31am saying "NO Updates have been made to your application since you last logged in". Someone experienced this before?? I applied online btw.

This is normal . It is an auto email , it usually comes every month since you applied until they make updates on your file
