Weird Issue

Hi All,

I had submitted by EE application on March 8th. On April 27th I received my (and also my wife's) FBI PCC, which I had uploaded the same day via a CSE request.

However, today I got a message in my account asking me to upload the PCC again. There are couple of things which confuse me:

1. Why are they asking for a PCC now when I had uploaded it via CSE request on April 27th.
2. Even though I received the message to upload the PCC for me and my wife today (July 29th) - the date on the letter reads that the documents should be uploaded no later than 23rd May 2016. The letter further states that I should upload the relevant documents within 60 days of receiving the document. Even more confusingly, the date at the top of the letter says March 14 2016!! What date is actually the deadline to upload the documents??? (note: I uploaded the documents as soon as I received the message)

I am thoroughly confused and hopefully someone can put me at ease here. Is there some proactive action I need to take before they reject my application because of the silly error in dates above? Or should I just stay put?

Please upload these documents to your MyCIC account by 2016/05/23.
Please note:
The above information/documents must be received within 60 days from the date of this
correspondence. If this deadline is not met, your application will be assessed based on the information

Upload the PCC again with LOE stating you have uploaded the same documents on 27th April.

Did you get upload FBI document link in documents section of your application? When CIC asked me to upload PCC, they created a link in documents section.

If link is not created for you, then use CSE, merge LOE and both your PCC as a single pdf file and upload.

If link is not created for you, then use CSE, merge LOE and both your PCC as a single pdf file and upload.

That's right, you need to upload the requested documents via MyCIC in the space provided under the 'Documents submitted by the applicant' part... Do the above and mention you have already submitted the required document via CSE on date XX.

Also, documents submitted through CSE take a little bit time to get added to the file. You'll get an email response acknowledging the receipt and addition of documents to your file which you can confirm later in your GCMS notes.
