It is not working for me. It is not specific to geography. It is a 500 error.

Something seems to be wrong with their servers. I suspect they have some issues with the databases serving the info to the webpage, which might explain why only some folks aren't able to access their accounts.

not on me... just called to the CIC agent and they are very aware on the said issue and they still working on it...

best option are call CIC agent and give them your UCI and application number and they will update you about your application and still patience we need..

Site is working now. You can access your account now without any error.

We were trying to create my husbands profile and it happened after three times....Every time we used a different UserId than what we used in the previous try! But finally we were in!
