Does raising multiple webfroms/cse's impact the application negatively?

There is no negative impact as such. However, every time you send a webform it is recorded. Like any tool, if you abuse it, no one will take you seriously and they may be ignored.

So use webforms and GCMS notes at regular intervals and responsibly.
