Webform error

I have documents I want to upload on webform. When I selected the office processing my application, uploaded PDF less than 2MB as they requested but got error saying not able to send the web form. Is anyone experiencing this? How do I solve this issue? Can someone help? My office processing is Philippines btw

Yesterday I also tried to send a webform to Visa Office Abu Dhabi and got the error

The webform is not working properly right now and they have this message on the webpage:

"We’re experiencing technical issues right now.

The Web form isn’t working for some users. We’re looking into the issue and will fix it as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience".

So I guess we have to wait.

Same problem in sending webform to London visa office.

Web Form is working in my case after clearing browser cookies and after accessing the web form from incognito mode.
