Hi guys!
I web form to the office ,and it said as followings:
"Dear Sir or Madam,
Please note that due to the Canadian Privacy Act, we are unable to disclose information to unauthorized parties.
There is no email record in our system referring to your application. Please use the IRCC Webform to update your contact information and submit your enquiry."
I hadn't to get the biometric collection. May be this reason? Or my case doesn't process in this visa office? I don't know.
Do I need to web form to other visa offices?
