Greetings,

Any idea why the web form link to raise a CSE on my profile is not working? Numerous clicks and nothing. I have passed the 6 months processing time. AOR 25 July 2018.

I also noticed same problem. When they first updated my profile with standard message after passing 6 months the web form link redirected to report only technical problems with my profile. It doesn’t even allow me to upload any other justification documents. I had to do this via standard link.
 
i’m NOT thinking on same lines. I ordered GCMS notes on Feb 1, 2019 and my scheduled application completion date is Feb 19, 2019 and the notes shows no progress or someone is actively looking at the application since i have review required for the employment job duties.
 
@overnight and @Canada dream 2019, The webform is not working for anyone, not just those whose applications are at certain stages in the process. CIC has placed a note on it's help centre regarding this as well here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

it never worked for me. Initially when they displayed the message to use webform the form only allowed me to explain any technical issues with profile login age but nothing to discuss case specific.

May be your file is being processed as such they don't need further documents from you!
