Is it ever possible to immigrate to Canada from an EU country professionally, if one is working in web design (websites, graphics, etc.)?

For Federal Skilled Workers Program (FSW), your work experience as a web designer is not in the 29 NOC list so you're not eligible for this one. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp

But you can try other programs to go to Canada as an immigrant.
1. Provincial Nominee Program
2. Quebec Skilled Worker Program (must know a little bit of French language)
3. Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO)
4. PhD study Program (this is new)

Is one of the options, the AEO for example, referring to a company that would want me to come and work for them?
Thanks for the help.

how to apply in Phd program. ???

unfortunately this profession is not required any more in Canada. i've checked it before and this was I think since 2010, correct me please.

Thanks for the replies. That sucks about it not being needed. I'll have to look more into this and see if I have access somehow else...

Web designers have a good demand in Canada.
Canadians do almost everything using their computers.
ordering stuffs, booking something, looking for for houses , biz opportunities. almost anything.
So its apparent that web designers have a handy demand in there
