We subimmited a family tourist visa application and it was received in April 2020, we did biometric in September same year. Till date, our application is still in process. Which means 2 plus years of waiting. Please what should we do?

Response was, application in process, we applied from Nigeria.

They had issued a notice on September of 2021 that everyone who had submitted an application for Visit visa should reapply. You should have reapplied.

Yes but they gave specifications on purpose for travelling, but we did not fall under that spscifications, and we were told to remain on the que.

Everyone was asked to reapply in September 2021 when covid restrictions were lifted. Reapply.
