I suffer from persecution and bad treatment Because I am a woman I can not get out of the house Because I'm a girl but go to university I can not determine my future or anything If I did do what they want I get hit So I do everything but I'm tired of this Our holiday is 4 months I have not go out since school Do this life deserve to live? I heard that canada can protect my sis and I we just wanna help if we went to canada will canada helps us and protect us because they will come for us we have a little money too but we don't know anything about visa or things that we need to PLS help us I'm 21 and my sis 16 years old

In order to apply for asylum in Canada you will either need to leave your country and file a refugee claim in a third country or obtain a visa to travel to Canada and claim asylum here. Those are the only ways to claim asylum. Be aware both methods take quite a while and you will never be able to return to your home country. They won't provide money, but you will be free to do as you please within the law. Your sister would need your parents permission to travel with you to Canada most likely.

Try going today another country and apply for refugee at unchr

When I ask for asylum, will they allow me to work?
no they will first do a hearing infront of a judge and with the judge he will decide if your claim is genuine or fake i suggest you do is gather as much proof like pics police reports and hospital reports and etc that while your waiting for step 2 you can apply for a work permit

This is response is misleading. If you are an asylum seeker and receive welfare you can apply for a work permit once you application is considered eligible. The current processing time for a work permit is 4+ months.

Do they not go in front of the judge at first to see if they eligible to continue with their application

There application is reviewed by the IRB (tribunal) to determine if it's genuine.
